Backwards compatibility break

The database storage_region attribute was introduced, defaulting to eu-west-1. However, older databases might have been created with us-east-1. If unaddressed, Terraform will re-create the database, causing data loss. To mitigate the issue, add storage_region = "us-east-1" to your resource.
